Pamela offers therapeutic massage to support management of a wide range of issues, including: chronic or acute pain, symptoms from chronic conditions, stress, rehabilitation after surgery, improving mobility, improving sleep, increasing relaxation and restoring a sense of wellbeing.
Pamela is qualified with a Level 4 Diploma in Holistic Massage and Anatomy and Physiology from the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork. Pam continues to develop the range of skills and techniques that she brings to her practice through on-going professional training, including; Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Hot Stones, and Holistic Facial Massage.
Pamela has known well the effects on the body and sense of wellbeing from releasing accumulated stress. She has found it very satisfying to discover an approach to massage that means she can work intuitively with clients, to help them find respite and relief from pain and discomfort – even when long held in the body.
