Teresa works in a "person-centred" way that enables her to work together with her clients to identify a treatment plan that fulfills your needs. To Teresa, massage means a way of communicating with another person, sometimes words just get in the way. It allows her to be creative, to support someone in pain, allowing them to find a few moments of relief and stillness in their bodies. It enables you to let your mind and body find space for rest and peace.
Teresa believes that massage is one area where touch can work to promote positive physical and emotional wellbeing.
Teresa has worked with a number of different client groups, including; people new to massage, carers, people with Alzheimer's. She also has experience of working in mental health and with people with learning disabilities.
